From the 15 of June to the 15 of September will be usable from all the rooms of the 3.700 hotels.

The operators will come accurately prepared through a briefing realized in Your Company or in Much More Center, and will be operating from 9,00 am to the 1,00 pm and from 3,00 pm to the 6,00 pm.

For how much concerns the system of automated information IVR 24 hours on 24, the Customer will be present through:

– An assigned code

– A vocal information of 4 minutes realized in Italian and English
